Shipping
We inform customers that due to the COVID emergency, delivery times may be extended for reasons not strictly related to our operations.
Your packaging
Shipments are generally made within 2 days of receiving payment and are made via SDA/GLS. If you prefer a delivery with any other carrier, please contact us at email info@lagrucciabimbi.com specifying the order placed and the preferred carrier (possible additional costs). In any case we will contact you via e-mail providing you with all the shipping details.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and shipping costs. Two separate orders will be managed as separate shipments with related shipping costs. We therefore recommend placing a cumulative order, to pay a single shipping cost.
All packages are proportional to the products chosen and resistant.
Shipping costs for Italy
Throughout the national territory we ship via GLS courier at a cost of €8.00 for orders under 150 €.

Order tracking
After shipping your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email from the courier, containing the link to track your package.
